1. General Terms
By renting equipment from FastTrack Equipments and Trading, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms govern the rental, use, and return of all equipment provided by our company.

2. Rental Agreement
A rental agreement will be signed upon the confirmation of your rental order. This agreement will include the equipment details, rental period, cost, and any specific requirements or conditions related to your rental.

3. Equipment Usage

• Authorized Use: The equipment is to be used only for the purpose it was rented and according to the manufacturer’s guidelines. Unauthorized or misuse of the equipment is prohibited.
• Operator: If you choose to rent equipment with an operator, the operator will handle all operations, ensuring safe use of the machinery. If renting without an operator, the responsibility for operating the equipment lies with the renter.

4. Rental Duration

• Rental Period: The rental period begins from the date of delivery or pickup and ends when the equipment is returned or collected by our team.
• Overtime Charges: If the equipment is kept beyond the agreed rental period, additional charges may apply based on the hourly or daily rate.

5. Payment Terms

• Pricing: Prices are based on the rental duration and type of equipment. The final cost will be provided in the rental agreement or quote.
• Payment: Full payment is due upon booking and before equipment delivery unless otherwise agreed. Accepted payment methods include bank transfers, PDC Cheque,   or other methods specified at the time of booking.
• Late Payments: Late payments may incur additional fees and could delay the release of future rentals.

6. Delivery and Return

• Delivery: We will deliver the equipment to the agreed location at the scheduled time. Delivery charges may apply if not included in the rental price.
• Return: Upon completion of the rental, the equipment must be returned in the same condition it was received. If equipment is damaged or missing, repair/replacement costs will be charged to the renter.
• Inspection: Our team will inspect the equipment upon return to ensure it is in good condition.

7. Maintenance and Repairs

• Routine Maintenance: FastTrack Equipments and Trading will handle routine maintenance and ensure the equipment is in good working condition.
• Damaged Equipment: In case of equipment failure or damage not caused by normal wear and tear, the renter will be responsible for the repair costs. Any damage or malfunction must be reported immediately to avoid further complications.

8. Insurance

• Insurance Coverage: The renter may be required to provide proof of insurance or purchase additional insurance coverage for the equipment.
• Additional Converge is required if any of our equipment is working in underground  tunnels
• Liability: The renter is liable for any damage or injury caused by the misuse of the equipment during the rental period.

9. Indemnification
The renter agrees to indemnify and hold harmless FastTrack Equipments and Trading from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the use of rented equipment.

10. Cancellation and Refunds

• Cancellation Policy: The rental should be  canceled at least 48 hours before the scheduled date otherwise cancelation fee may be incure
• Refunds: Refunds are issued at our discretion and in accordance with the terms specified in the rental agreement.

11. Safety and Compliance

• Safety Guidelines: Renters must adhere to all safety standards and regulations associated with the operation of rented equipment. Failure to comply with safety rules may result in termination of the rental agreement and additional charges.
• Legal Compliance: Renters must ensure that all activities carried out using the rented equipment comply with local laws and regulations.

12. Force Majeure
FastTrack Equipments and Trading shall not be held liable for any delays or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or government actions.

13. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the region where the rental agreement is executed.

14. Amendments
We reserve the right to amend or update these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you at the time of booking or as part of an updated rental agreement.
